Conference Registration

Option 1: I am a member of CAG with a membership expiring after March 7, 2010 and have a membership number with the association.

Option 2a: I am not a member but would like to join prior to registering for the conference.
Option 2b: I am a member, but  my membership will expire prior to March 7, 2010 so I would like to renew my membership prior to registering for the conference.
Option 3: I am not a member and do not wish to join at this time. I only want to provide the necessary information in order to register for the conference.
